When I do cardio I like the Adaptive Motion Trainer by Precor best. It is a cross between an elliptical and a stair stepper. I don't do much treadmill. arthritis in hips, knees, ankles, and back. I save my high impact activity tie for working in my veggie gardens.0

Elliptical hands down. I can't do the treadmill because of joint pain. I can do elliptical, stair master and bike with no problems though.0

Try jumping rope, it can be very difficult and intensive.0

Treadmill. I think because it moves on its own it pushes me more to keep up.0
