Clean eating, please explain

minimally processed, little to no additives or colors/dyes. there will be some who will define it more strictly then others... for instance some will say no alcohol. personally I say wine & beer are fine but that's just me because there is no way in hell I'm giving up an occasional beer lol.
I do try to keep my diet as "clean" as possible but I don't live and die by it. at its heart its just about eating healthy whole foods. ditching the processed garbage.0 -
@Flaxmilk - I should also say - once frozen, tip out of icecube trays and into ziplock bags - or an airtight container - Dont want frost burn0

clean eating = washing all your food and making sure it is clean.
