Hi everyone .here to lose the weight. I tried many ways to lose weight and lost some then I gain it back . The thing that works is the keep a journal or diary. Not yet successful but I found ways that don't work . I think this works so I will stick to mfp.:) lets do this........

You can do it! I believe in you It's all about making small changes to your eating habits and adding some exercise in. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. I agree writing down everything you eat is a good way to keep track of what you are eating everyday. It will amaze you at the end of the day when you see everything you eat on a regular basis. Hi I'm Yvonne have a fatty liver to the point I'm on my way to surossis of the liver. So I've been on this for one week. Doing good just hard to learn to eat 1600 cal. a day. When your use to only eating about 900 cal. a day. I weigh 226 shooting for 140. Pray for strength for me Thank you.0
