What should be my weight & other body figures @ 15% FAT

Hi

So finally i lost 14Kgs ^_^...YAY TO ME :bigsmile:

ok so my initial figures were

46 inch waist and 116.5KG along with 178cm height

and my initial FAT % was 30% or something


now my waist is 41inch and weight is 102.5KG along with 178cm height

my current fat % is around 25 wich is considered as accepted for mens,..

so my question is wen i reach 15% FAT wat shud be my weight and waist??

is keep 90-95kg possible for 15% FAT? coz i really wanna build muscle out of fats....and want to go down to 10-12%

but for now i wanna know about 15%,,please tell me

    my advice, aim for 15% body fat, keep up the workout and the eating plan, and just see where the other measures are when you get there. If you want to make your waist thinner after that, you can go down to 13% or even lower. And don't even worry about scale weight that much. As a man you can get to quite low body fat percentages. How you look depends more on body fat percentage than how much you weigh.

    Yeah, you'd probably be around 92-95kg at 15% bodyfat if your measurements are correct.
    You won't build muscle out of fats though. Get down to 10-12% if that's what you want to do, and then try to start building muscle.
