Man. Even just writing that title is shocking. It's not fully confirmed by a blood test yet, but four sticks later and other signs point strongly to it.
I plan on going to a doctor, of course, first thing Monday and such. About nutrition and different exercises I can do. I'm just really worried and want to start building good habits as to fitness now. My husbands just pleased as pineapples but I'm very concerned because I guess women in my family don't come out from pregnancy very well.
I guess some advice? Maybe some buddies on here who are in same boat?

Congrats
I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my third.
I did ok with my first as I carried on going to the gym, although my eating probably wasn't as good as it had been. Before that pregnancy I'd lost about 42lbs for my wedding, and had done it the wrong way -I.e excessive cardio and only 1200 calories a day.
I didn't really exercise in my 2nd pregnancy. I had some early bleeding which scared me, and then I just never got back into it. Then I piled on the weight. She's now 2.5 and I'd lost 70lbs since having her. I reckon maybe 40lbs took me to pre-preg weight, and the rest was extra, so I started off my 3rd pregnancy much slimmer than I did the other two.
I've been carrying on with the gym, and have upped my calories from 1600-1800. Some days I'm hungrier so go over, plus I've had a few naughty Xmas treats.
Regarding exercise, the advice is to carry on doing what you already do, and don't start anything new. After 12 weeks I think it is you can't do a lot of abs exercises, and you're not supposed to lie on your back for too long. I did a workout on YouTube, from the lady who trained Heidi Klum in pregnancy apparently, and that did have some abs things in it. So maybe google prenatal workouts and it'll give you an idea what you can do.
Nutrition wise, from the 2nd trimester you add about 300 calories.
Some women do gain in pregnancy, no matter what they do. I think I am one of those! You do lose to after though. After my 2nd, when I'd lost the weight, I was looking better than I had in 10 years!0 -
Thank you so much for the advice! this is my first and its pretty scary. I don't think the shock has worn off quite yet.0

It is with your first. I remember being in total denial with my first, even at the scan I was like 'wow, there's a baby in there'. He's now 4.50
