hi i am 5'0 and 20 years old.. started my journey with planning to lose 52pounds in one year.. unfortunately i've hit a plateau and stress eating has taken its place.. however, after seeing success stories and persistence is the key type pics and articles i am ready to be back on track again.. i am doing turbofire and honestly been not following it strictly.. i am now all ready to get my beasty mode on and just hit it! i currently weigh 129 pounds, and hoping to be 100 pounds one day:) soooo anybody out there to have the same or close to amount of weight to lose in that time? :)
p.s: i am small frame so yeah 100 lbs is ideal weight for me.. but we will see if i find mysef comfortable at 110 i will stop

It's doable. I joined mfp in Jan 13 and gave myself 18 months (to May 2014) to lose 37.5lbs. I actually lost 37.5lb by May 2013, so within 5 months. I weighed and logged everything I ate. Stuck to roughly 1200 cals per day. Ate back all my exercise cals. Started running 3 x per week religiously following the Couch25K programme. If you really want it, you'll do it. Good luck!

37.5lb was what I wanted to lose. This would have put me at a weight of 143.3lb (I'm 5' 7") but I went onto lose a further 14lb by July. I now fluctuate between 132lb and 136lb.
