Off the wagon...

I've just spent the last 4 months struggling with depression and a med change. Add to that a new baby and things have been pretty crazy and I've not been logging and been binging on chocolate and fast food. In total I've put on 9 kg that were hard lost. I'm feeling very bad about this.
I'm still waiting for my new meds to kick in so I don't want to put too much pressure on myself for the next couple of weeks but I don't want to blow out any further either.
I've done it before so I know I can do it but I would like some supportive friends to encourage me through this journey.
