Best work out for....

So, with the weight I've lost...i've gotten "bat arms". It's just skin that "waves bye" as i'm saying hello LOL Which type of weight training would help maybe tighten the skin?

Also, my inner thighs look like an old lady (sorry if that offends) I dunno how else to describe it. The fat is going away, but the skin has become "curdled" and wrinkly. How can i help get that skin tighter?

    They call 'em bingo wings. You might be able to fill in the areas with some muscle. But i wouldn't just target those 2 areas - i'd follow a full-body strength training program. New Rules of Lifting for Women is a popular one.

    maybe try programs like starting strength and strong lifts. these are strength training programs that focus on compound lifts that work the entire body
