Newbie Support

Lol although I hate the term "newbie" that's unfortunately what I am right now. New to this site, new to exercise, and new to healthy eating so I'm posting mostly to recruit support and motivation. I've usually begun an exercise routine and give a go for about a few days then quit but I don't wanna do that anymore so I'm looking for anybody to support motivate or do this with me. Most friends I have are too busy or have conflicting work schedule which leaves me solo. To introduce myself, I go by Gia and I'm 25 with a 4 year old daughter. I'm from California...that's pretty much it. Lol well I hope I get some support from this and ...enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)

    IM NEW TOO IM 28 AND I HAVE AN 11 MONTH OLD I REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO HELP HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE AS I GET MY WILL POWER STRONGER. SO MUCH IS GOING ON IN LIFE AND ITS EASY TO JUST GIVE IN A BUCKLE BUT I REALLY WANT TO CHANGE AND ALSO BE AN EXAMPLE. I WANT TO SHOW MYSELF HOW MUCH I CA LOVE MYSELF BY NOT THROWING IN THE TOWEL.
