I started school today and I am taking stairs instead of the elevators could i log that as excersize I do about 60 stairs 3-4 times a day. Also with a heavy book bag or do i have to change my lifestyle activity level?

I climb stairs at least 6 times throughout a normal day. Personally, I don't log it as exercise, I just consider it part of my normal daily activity.0

Unless your sair climbing is at least 10 minutes in length and you're really scooting up them, I wouldn't count them as exercise, just a nice little bonus.0 -
As stated before, unless it's for prolonged amounts of time, 10 mins or so, I wouldn't log it, just consider it a bonus.0

I run up and down my stairs for 10min a day for exercise and Im drippin sweat when Im done.0
