Down 27 Pounds

Well its the end of my 11 week plan. I started out at 181 pounds and now im down to 154 pounds, it was really hard and did intense training usually accumalating ten hours per week of exercize while cutting my diet down by 1000 calories as well as incorporating healthy foods, and people have now said i lost too much. I have lost a bit of muscle but feel much healthier. is 154 a good weight now for a 5'9 - 5'10 lad? I'm going to maintain now so starting this week probably the hardest week to lol, is it ok to move my gym sessions down from 5 days to 3 days per week? im also adding 500-700 calories back to my daily diet, just want to know if im doing this right, thank you!
