Just bought my Polar FT7

What a great fitness product!!! I used it for the first time this morning for my 65 minute Tap Out XT2 training session. I averaged a heart rate of 142 and maxed out at 162. I burned 979 calories. I needed something to track my actual burn so this item was perfect. To my surprise MFP only over estimated my burn by 10 calories so I would have to say that MPF has been fairly accurate for me but we will see with the rest of my workouts.


I am very happy with my purchase, a very BIG THANK YOU to all of those who have post their personal experiences with these monitoring products like fitbit, polar and others. :happy:
