I am new to my fitness pal, and I am really happy to join all of you here! I am currently 21 years old, 4'10'' and 131 pounds. I am super unhappy with the 20 pounds that I have gained over the past year. I really need some support from you all. Can you please tell me what is the best way to lose it? My goal is to become 100 pounds by May 2014. Thank you all so much! I am excited to hear your responses!
