For me:
Garrison Brothers*
Knob Creek
Buffalo Trace
Always looking for suggestions for new favorites though. Please spare me the scotches and Canadian whiskys of the world.
*yes, I know GB is from Texas and real bourbon ONLY comes from Kentucky, blah blah blah. I like it.

The street in New Orleans.
I don't like bourbon.0 -
Makers 46. Usually I'm buying Makers Mark, but when they came out with the 46 I was hooked, much more pricey than the standard MM, but so worth it.0

Maker's Mark...Woodford Reserve is a close second...0

Knob Creek
Currently working on a Knob Creek I got for my birthday.
Also, scotch rocks are a neat bourbon drinker's best friend.
And now I'm thirsty.

My bad, but it's an awesome addition to the whiskey family.0 -
Only one I ever had was Buffalo Trace.0

It is good stuff, I agree.
My Favorite is Bulleit0 -
Everyday drinking it would be Evan Williams (great low price for a decent bourbon when mixed). For straight bourbon on the rocks it would be Woodford Reserve or Knob Creek.0

Elmer T
Buffalo Trace
Knob Creek
Eagle Rare
And the list goes on an on and on...0 -
Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve. As it is impossible to come across however, it is not often indulged in. As a go to however I like Blanton's and Maker's Mark equally, though for different reasons.
I know it's not bourbon, but if you haven't tried it, Death's Door White Whiskey is utterly fantastic.0 -
Woodford Reserve
Four Roses isn't bad
Pappy Van Winkle is great but good luck getting your hands on that. I've never owned a bottle but got the chance to sample it before.0 -
Pappy Van Winkle, if you can find it
Otherwise:
Evan Williams Single Barrel
Buffalo Trace
Bulleit
Maker's Mark0 -
Favorite for mixing: Old Forrester, Evan Williams
Favorite at ~$25/ bottle: Buffalo Trace, Makers Mark
Favorite at ~$35-40/bottle: Woodford Reserve, Makers 46
Favorite at ~$45-50/bottle: Bulleit, Angel's Envy
--
I was on a ten year quest to find the perfect bourbon that doesn't burn going down. That odyssey has now ended with my recent discovery of Angel's Envy.
After finding and now trying this magic elixir, I found myself quite surprised to agree with Frank Bruni of the New York Times who opined: “[after drinking Angel's Envy] I missed the rough edges of other bourbons and the way they can burn slightly in the back of the throat. When I drink bourbon, I like the sense that I’m playing with fire.” I now completely agree, and this has changed how I look at bourbon.
I'm still desperate to try Pappy van Winkle. It is a one-year waiting list in my state, and I've now just been told that they've done away with the list. Alas, my quest for the perfect corn juice continues.0
