Hey everyone!

So im new..day one on here. Its quickly growing on me! So i just wanted to say HI to everyone! I really wanna surround myself with great people on here which can help me and vice versa. So feel free to add me or msg me and im really looking forward to chit chat with ya!

So here's are my words of wisdom for the day: Take the tough times as it comes with a sense of humor, because they always pass and you will have gained a greater perspective about life!

    Hey and Welcome!!

    This site is brilliant and not just because you can log calories I could do that in a diary but the fact the community are brilliant. The only tip I can suggest why this is different from other sites is when your low and that weight hasn't shifted one week don't give up get your butt on the computer come on here and RANT. When all your friends are sick of listening to your latest weightloss goal or that your trousers are now loose get on here and tell the world. The other thing that has a major impact on me on days like yesterday when i need a big bar of chocolate no exercise and to crawl into bed is read the success stories look at the pictures people will lots more to lose than me are getting up and working it so why the hell can't I... I then go off the chocolate with the thought in my head that one day I am going to be the one writing a success story.
