Kettlebell DVDs

I have been doing Kettlercise for a couple of weeks now. I've really enjoyed it (I have Kettlercise for women volume 1). Trouble is I'm getting bored of doing the same two workouts over and over again, I do some running too, but even so.... I'm also starting to find the instructor slightly annoying (not her fault, I just don't like being told to smile all the time!)

So, I'd like to get another to add a bit of variety and wondered what people would recommend. I don't want to get volume two of Kettlercise for women as it's quite expensive for what it is and it might be the same instructor. The Bob Harper ones look like they might be quite good. Any other recommendations? Thanks. I live in the UK so some of them might not be available over here.

Try the website fitnessblender - free kb workout videos on there :)

There's a dvd called 10 minute JB solution that my fiancé does sometimes also - it's like £4 on ebay I think

I personally use The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout by Keith Weber.

    Outstanding workout.

I have used kettleworx, both the advanced and regular sets. The workouts are pretty good, but some of the exercises are repeated during a workout. My sister lent me the Skogg system for kettlebells, but I haven't tried those yet.

    Good Luck!
