Macros way over

I always tend to go over my macros by quite a bit, would anyone care to take a quick look at my logging and tell me if this is really as bad as it looks?

To me it looks like your on the right track with the exception of your sugar intake. It appears that your raisins are what is bringing your sugars so high. Maybe cut back on those and use them in smaller amounts. That should lower your sugar intake a lot. As for protein, if your working out, that will help to rebuild your muscle. And your fat intake isn't all that bad.0

I think they look fine. The sugar is set unrealistically low for most people, so ignore it unless you are a diabetic.0

Ditto on the sugar.0

Sugar, to my understanding, is not a macro. It's a micro and unless you have a medical condition that requires monitoring it, ignore it. It's a carb, so you already track it. Replace fiber with it in your diary. Honestly, it didn't look bad. I would treat the protein as a minimum.0
