eating back calories!?

I hardly ever eat my exercise calories back NO matter how many calories I was eating in a day, and I've been damn successful at it. But if your still hungry then by all means eat. My weight loss never slowed down for about a year and half and I was losing 10 to 15 lbs a month.
Everyone is different. I was over 400 lbs and so I ate at a huge deficit, and under what everyone here would consider safe. You have to have a strong will to eat the way I did and I don't recommend it, but I also did not suffer from it, not even now. I've increased my calories since I'm closer to my goal I needed to increase so I don't have to eat so low for the rest of my life. We all do what we have to do for us. Do what works for you.0
