Post accident- getting back into it

I got hit by a car while riding my bicycle back in July and have slowly been working back up to exercising more regularly and eating better but all of my previously lost weight has returned. Would love to find some mfps of here who are also rebounding post injury. I have a slowly recovering knee and wrist, but am mostly fine, but still can't run on pavement. It feels like I'm a far cry away from my 28 minute 5ks only 7 months ago. 7 months and 15 pounds ago.

Really want to be able to say that I beat this and got back into the swing of things. Anyone else in the same boat?
