Help with which app to focus on (TDEE Question)

So I don't know which app I should be taking seriously. I did a 5.5 mile hike with an 1800ft elevation gain on Runtastic, logged it and it went into MFP. Then my Fitbit adjustment took half of those calories back. I did a lot of computer work today, but I also went Christmas shopping. My TDEE of 2798 seems low for a 29 yr old man, 5'11", and 198 lbs. I did the calculation using one of the calculators, and I got about 3050. Also, the calorie goals in both apps are different. MFP uses a net that can constantly update, and I have to set a positive net. In Fitbit, I have to set a deficit between TDEE and calorie intake. I'm so confused, and getting the Fitbit just seems to complicate things.

Either way, looks like you're doing a good job.
Maybe just take them both with a grain of salt?
I read that the fitbit CAN be inaccurate (not recording things properly).
I don't have a fitbit yet (not like I could use it) so I'm relying on MFP.
