HUGE WEIGHT GAIN??

So for the past few weeks I have been weighing in in the 130's. The lowest I got was 131. Then yesterday night I weighed myself and it said 144!?!! I did it again in the morning to see if it was just because I had just eaten but it still said 141!?! I know it is not my Time of the month and my diet and exercise plan hasn't changed at all it is not my scale either. What could be causing this. I'm so upset I am crying 10 freaking ponds!?!?

    Sodium, ovulation, glycogen replenishment.... it could be a whole host of things, all temporary and normal fluctuations.

    You say you've lost 70 lbs eating less than 1000 cals. a day.

    Your body has had enough and needs more calories now to continue to lose weight.

    Eat more and weigh in the mornings or,

    Eat more, lift heavy and don't weigh at all.
