Starting a workout regime during the holidays!

I've struggled with my weight since I can remember. But recently, my biggest concern has been "getting older" and realizing I have no strength, also I find myself all gloomy for no reason.

That's why I'm determined to start working out regularly... honestly, losing 20 lbs wouldn't be bad at all! But my main goal is working out and living a healthier/happier life.

I've used this MFP before and I keep coming back to it because it's so useful and easy.

Now married and 23... I'm excited to become a healthier me! :)
