Hello everyone, This group was recommend to me from my Paleo Doctor's office in Littleton. Thank goodness for a medical group that can help you improve your health by WHAT YOU EAT and adding movement & weight lifting!!
I've always thought that I was eating healthy and then attended a Primal Luxuary Retreat in Malibu last month. Changed my life! Learned about truly organic, clean diet, how far your food is shipped distroys any qulity left in it. We need time released vitamins & supplements. How supporting local farmers will add the quality back into foods that modernization has sterilized any nutritional value out of it. I was still sneaking in too much carbs, and found out how high in carbs a lot of fruit can be (bad banana!).
I look forward to every copy of marksdailyapple. And I'm enjoying every morning my Bulletproof coffee (bulletproofexecutive). I'm alternating swimming with treadmill, sprints, lunges, planks. And I only "work out" 30 minutes a day. It's a lifestyle change, and I'm doing it slowly not to overwhelm myself or get burned out. I've recently started listening to comedy online and it will help when that treadmill starts getting boring!
So if you're in Denver and need a walking buddy hit me up. I'm good with online support too. Blog away, what's your primal move or recipe? Nasaste, PaleoCat2013
