24 yo Male new to this site

Hey guys. I'm new to MFP but I'm really impressed by what I have seen so far. I'm not a fitness or health expert but I do consider myself fairly knowledgeable. I relocated to Oklahoma City 4 months ago and ever since I haven't be able to get on a health eating or exercise routine and have gained some pounds to show. Looking to get back to my old self and establish some good eating habits. Just started insanity again. I'm single living in a city that's new to me. I like to go out a lot so its difficult to eat healthy. Looking to add some people as friends to keep each other motivated. Any other questions, just message me.

    Welcome to MFP...I'm a newbie too!

    Its weird how changing cities can affect people in different ways. When I moved to NYC I lost 10 lbs...but I gained it all back!

    I've always wanted to try insanity but there's something about Shaun T that just drives me crazy so I decided to start JM 90 day body revolution program!

    I like to go out a lot so its difficult to eat healthy.
    I love restaurants that post their nutritional information. (And the MFP database is pretty extensive.) Plan your meal before you go, and adjust your food & exercise accordingly during the rest of the week. (In the app, look at your nutrition for the last 7 days.)

    Welcome!! I lost 150 pounds on my own, before this site. With this site I have lost another 50 pds it is amazing the amount of support you get. The support and motivation you get on here keeps you going. Feel free to add me if you need an extra motivating buddy :)
