How do I log my Christmas goose?

I wanna make sure I do it right, because I'm trying to log accurately today.

    Look up "goose usda"....then weigh out your portion with a food scale.

    Best info I can find for a domesticated goose, roasted w/skin per ounce:

    85 calories, 6 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 25mg cholesterol, 20mg sodium, 0 carbs, 7g protein, 4% of daily iron
