lose belly flab by walking? possible?

i as because i cant go to a gym. im not into any exercises and i really would like a flat tummy. i started the 30 day shred and am about to start level 2, but my ankles are hurting sooo bad!! (had both ankles sprained, and the right one was sprained twice) so im thinking of taking up walking/jogging. can i achieve good things from that?

    If you've hurt your ankle anything that puts strain on it (like walking. jogging, 30 day shred) is going to aggravate it. Take a break, rest your ankles and focus on your diet til their recovered. You could however still do some upper body, back and core work that doesn't require putting impact though your legs.

    However, there is no one exercise that with spot reduce an area. If your in a calorie deficit you will lose weight all over including but not limited to your stomach area.
