Question about too may carbs

I know that its about how much you eat. Or whatever....But my thing is, when I eat 200-300 grabs of carbs in a day I feel like crap the next morning, doesn't matter if I ate within my calories,over or under I always feel like crap when I eat too many carbs.

I do too, they bloat me and hold onto water so you can always weigh more, but carbs give you energy and help you with workouts! when i have low carbed, yes I lose, but I do better workouts and for longer when i eat carbs0

Then limit your carbs. I feel crappy when I overeat carbs. Then again, I went low-carb in July, so my body is so used to low carb.0
