So with my exams behind me I've sort of embarked on my weight loss journey, I started insanity a week and a half ago and that seems to be going pretty well for me. I'm trying to plan ahead on what my next workout should be so since I'm quite a fan of Jillian Michaels I wanted to do one of hers, but should I do 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30? My main goal is to lose weight, although I do want to work on my fitness as well. Which do you guys think would be better for more weight loss?

Well, 30 Day Shred is geared a smidge more towards a beginner, and Ripped in 30 is a bit more advanced. If you are able to complete Insanity workouts without feeling like dying, then Ripped is probably safe to start with. If Insanity is kicking your butt in a non-productive "like a workout should" kind of way, then it might be better to start with 30DS.
Hope that helps!0
