Home gym exercise routine?

So, I now have one of these (http://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_10051_952065_-1__?N=117009092&affcode=42&kwid=ps_cse&cid=PLA_0026197269&gclid=CKiT_byEzrsCFU5o7AodgwMAzw) Marcy Home Gym machines, and while it lists about 15 or so workouts to do on it, I'm completely unsure how to best structure them for my advantage.

Has anyone seen a good plan for these? Can anyone help me build one? I plan on working out 3-4 times a week, with Sundays off. I also have supplemental stuff, like a jump rope, 25# kettlebell, and a pull-up bar.
