So, Strong Curves huh?

We do a lot of program and book referring on this forum, and I think it's great when the right ones are suggested. A huge challenge though is getting women to understand and embrace heavy weight lifting (5-12 rep range) as productive and sexy, and not just as a "man workout" that they should start doing.

I know that those who are serious will try and reap the rewards, and the chaff will fall to the wayside (which is what makes sexy strong women all the more attractive and respectable IMO) but there are definitely certain parts of the body that are more important to women (just as there are for men, of course).

So I'm wondering about Strong Curves. Does it focus on the whole body in a complete way, or does it focus too much on the glutes and legs? Would you recommend it as a serious book for someone who was new to lifting and wanted to get started with it?
