What time is best to exercise please. Before meals or after.
If after meals how long should you wait.
Is morning best or evening.

    The best time to exercise is when you do it. Doesnt matter when -- as long as you do it.
  • Been wondering if it made a difference myself - I guess it just depends the one thing I know is if you are a lark (natural morning person) the morning is good but have your breakfast first - exercise on an empty stomach is a bad idea. My new routine is up at 6 breakfast and off to the gym - then back home to shower and get ready for work. Works for me (YMMV)
