Anyone done Velocity? or similar?

Wanted to see pro's and con's if anyone would care to share.

Those con to something like this, do you have something else you'd recommend instead?

Doing some research in case there's a better way now that I'm restarting back at the gym. I used to do 1/2 to 1 spike pre-workout, surge recovery post-workout and if I was low on protein I'd grab some whey that day... but... not sure. I was fit at that point and right now I'm trying to cut body fat and drop the weight off. edit to add.... I'm allergic to peanuts & tree nuts so that impacts me a bit!

Stats wise, 5' 3 1/2" (small frame) 192#. BF wise measurements set it at 40% but I've got to get calipers and really see. I'm trying to get back down to the 110-130 range

    Anyone? The more programs out there the more it seems like this supplement or that one so it's be nice to see folks here that have had success or found it a waste. Also unsure if I'd even do well on the old regimen with this much to lose. My time is more limited for the gym so I can at best do 4-5 hours a week. Its a lot to get done in 6 months so I can focus on a 20wk training block for November so yes I am looking for a little edge.
