I got an ice cream maker for Christmas and I'm really excited to use it! It came with a little booklet of recipes but I was hoping to get some more ideas from people who make their own ice cream. So, if you have an ice cream maker, what's your favorite recipe? Thanks!!

The ginger ice cream with the cookies make an amazing ice cream sandwich. I made it this summer, first time I'd ever made ice cream and it came out like a dream.

I also made a fig ginger ice cream that's really good, if you like figs. I'm not sure if you'd be able to find fresh figs this time of year though.
