My name is Vonne and I am new to MFP. I have gained about 30 lbs in the last 6 mths due to prescribed steroids from my doctor. That 30 lbs is starting to affect me. I am sitting at work trying to stay awake as I type this. I know that I have to lose this weight so I can look and feel better. I am miserable. I wish everyone luck on getting to the weight you desire!
