Nadda, Zilch, ZERO today. Nature's Zamboni was working today. Had warm temps this morning so everything melted and then froze into frozen mirrors of ice. Now it's dumping snow on top. Not suited for running. I did do 40 minutes on my stairstepper, but noway to measure miles. So a ZERO DAY. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.0

Really proud of this one - it was windy and -18 degrees (F) out, with 6-24 inches of snow the whole 6 miles (hello hiking boots & crampons...may consider snowshoes next time)

Way to go Stripeness. For anyone concerned about running on snow or ice, try taking an old pair of running shoes and screw sheet metal screws into them to make a Screw Shoe.
