Favorite quick, healthy, delicious meal

I recently started adding Back to Nature's Nantucket Blend (mix of almonds, raisins, cranberries, pistachios, and cherries) to oatmeal for breakfast. It is delicious and filling at about 280 calories. Have any of you found great foods? I need to add more foods to my regular rotation.

    For breakfast I love to eat two soy yogurts with a tablespoon of maple syrup inside! The yogurts contain about 49 calories each, while the tablespoon of maple syrup 21! It's healthy, with few calories and.. Delicious!
