Ideas for losing 3 kilos?

Hi I'm 18 and I'm trying to lose 3 kilos by eating no more than 1200 calories every day, even if sometimes I reach 1300-1400, and by trying to eat only vegetables or soup at dinner. Then, in the next months, I'd like to go to the gym, but in the meanwhile I'd like to lose these kilos quickly.. Any other idea?

    I can go to the bathroom and lose 3kgs. I can fluctuate more than that in day!

    It sounds like you're restricting calories for no reason - that's not healthy!! 3kgs is, to me, a negligible amount to lose, and could be done just by lowering calories a little (probably just tracking them so you know what you're eating), and exercising a little. You'd probably get results just adding exercise to your normal regime.

    Consistently eat caloric deficit consistently for a period of time. That works. And why the need to lose so quickly?


    Also, eating only vegetable or soup at dinner? Why? Do you hate dinner?

    Eat slightly less, move a little more. Bam. Done and done.

    If you only have 3kg to lose, eating 1200 is completely uncalled for, unless you're very petite. Why wait to start exercising? You can do body weight exercise at home if you can afford a gym membership now. What this feels to me like is you're looking for an easy fix, something you won't have time work for, and that just doesn't exist.
