The favorite of mine is oatmeal. 1 packet, plain made with water... then 6 walnut halves.... plus there is a cookie called forgotten cookie.. from bbc food channel that I add in.... It is made with egg white choco. morsels and walnuts.... with 60 calories(very small) and a pot of fat free fruit yogurt. This is about 334 cals and keeps me full.

Another is scrambled eggs with about a cup of sauteed mushrooms... You could add toast with peanut butter or rice cake with peanutbutter ....
those are my favs that keep me going.:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Breakfast is my biggest meal. I have old-fashioned oats (2/3 cup before cooking) cooked with salt (probably too much, but my BP is low, so I don't worry about it), 1 cup 1% organic milk, 1 teaspoon Splenda, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 5 egg whites + 1 yolk scrambled with 1/2 ounce of reduced-fat sharp cheddar. It's delicious, filling, and gives me tons of energy.
