Finally Introducing Myself

Hello! :)

I've been using MFP since July because I started my journey like two or three years ago and I was stuck at 165 lbs / 75 kg for the longest time and then I went abroad for a year and this stopped my process a little as well.

I started at 213 lbs / 97 kg and now I'm at 145 lbs / 66 kg. I want to lose another 22 lbs / 10 kg and then I should be fine.
I'm 5' 7'' / 1.71 m.

I use MPF every single day and I actually like logging my food. In the past, I often ate too much or too little. I started at 1200 kcal and now I'm at 1300 kcal and I will keep raising my calorie intake steadily until I have reached my goal weight and can focus on maintenance. I know some people might think that is not enough but it works for me and in the end everybody has to decide what's best.

I also work out seven times a week. I do cardio three times and I do strength and weight training on the others.

I am looking for people who have similiar goals to add on here so that we can motivate each other even more. :)

    Hey!

    I'm just under 5'7 too
    I've been on MFP for a year and started off at 196lbs.
    I am currently near 150 as I gained from my lowest at 136

    I'm looking to get back to the gym and start strength training too.
    But my main goal is to get healthy eating habits back as I've really been struggling.

    I try to motivate all of my friends and support them too.
    I've got a nice small set of friends who reciprocate the support :)
