So, I'm looking for quick easy, gluten free lunches that I can take with me to school, and its difficult because I can't use a microwave or a fridge, so if needs to be refridgerated it won't work nor will if it needs to be warmed up. So I'm open to all Gluten free ideas.

I would suggest: Prepare finger foods ahead of time and put in baggies to grab when you have a rushed morning. String cheese (i just bought some for 25 cents a piece), small amounts of meat (maybe leftovers?) and healthfood stores have gluten free everything. I found some crackers at Trader Joes that are delicious.

Love string cheese, I usually have that as a morning snack :) but the baggy idea is genius.
