Newbie!!

Hi All, Im here looking to lose a lot of weight, but mostly to become happy and healthy within myself. I will be exercising at home with a mixture of walking and jogging and my exercise dvds. Ill be following a healthy eating policy rather than any particular plan but Ill base it on the old WW core plan that I used before succesfully. Im nearly 30 and have a big year in 2014 so looking to start to feel a lot better about myself and know Im being proactive.
