I have done some yoga in the past, but I am interested in adding it to my current workout. What are some good recommendations? I've heard a lot about p90x yoga, can I just buy that dvd, or do I have to buy the whole p90x system?

You have to buy the whole P90X system to get the YogaX video. If you are just looking for great yoga, I highly recommend Rodney Yee's videos. I have used his for years and they are always great. You can buy them at Target or online (Amazon, etc.) for about $15 each.
Hope this helps!0 -
You should also check out your library's options. I've gotten some great videos to trial at home. I can either renew them and save my money or if I eventually find one I can't live without I know EXACTLY what I should get instead of guessing which one is best.0

Hi MrsSki!
Rodney Yee's videos are great and I suggest you check a couple of them, such as slow burn yoga or Yoga AM/PM.
Both features poses that are relatively easy to follow but still produce a great workout
