Anyone interested in starting a challenge for January?
Basically :
No Chips
No Soda
No White bread
No Cookies,
No Candy,
You can add more, but you get the idea. I so need this and would love to have you all join!

Why do you think you need to do this? Do you have some sort of medical condition/allergy? Otherwise, there's no point to cutting out foods that you enjoy and there's absolutely nothing wrong with any of of the foods you've listed.
Why are you making this process harder than it needs to be? That's just setting yourself up for failure.0 -
I've already challenged myself and discovered that unless I'm deathly I'll, I must have my daily chocolate.
