For Christmas I got a digital scale from my cousin, which happened to include a free 3 month subscription to the Biggest Loser Club. I was wondering if anyone on here had used it, and was it worth it? Mostly it seems like it would be a nice way to get an exercise plan, since that's what I struggle with most. I know it's free, but I don't want to put time and effort into a product that will just help me keep doing what I'm doing. I want to know that it's going to offer me something more than what I'm getting right now.
So, any thoughts?

It's a money water - you can get workouts free from the internet. Use it free for three months and then continue on your own!0

Try http://www.fitnessblender.com
They have great videos. I tried one yesterday and loved it! You can filter your video search by fitness level, what part of the body you want to focus on, etc.0
