I started on myfitnesspal around the middle of January last year. After 3 or 4 months of watching my food intake on here I literally lost 15 pounds without exercising!!! I was so thrilled. Then I started a gym and taking kick boxing classes and hurt my knee and fell off the health kick and stopped tracking my food. :(

So now I am back to being miserable again and I am turning to this. This time I want to add friends on here for support. Everyone needs some type of support right? So feel free to add me.
