Christmas Surprise from Husband

Just had to share. I'm pretty hard to buy for. At my age if I need something during the year I'll usually just buy it. Well my H did surprise me and buy me a new IPhone for my Dec. birthday/Christmas so I wasn't expecting anything from him Christmas Eve, which is when we open presents with the kids and grandkids. Everyone had opened their presents and there was one last huge present. H slip it over to me and I slid it over to my son-in-law thinking it was for the remodeling project H is helping my son-in-law with. SIL slid present back to me and I slid it back to him before everybody said "it's for you!". I couldn't imagine what it could be. I turned out to be a "shoe cabinet" from IKEA. We had discussed my H building me one over 6 months ago and the idea just went away and I forgot about it.

It's pretty hard to surprise me, but he sure did. One with the IPhone as I was supposed to lose 25lbs to get one and now the shoe cabinet, which he spent Christmas Day putting together. Now I have to lose that 25lbs.
