New to My fitness pal

I'm looking to lose enough weight to feel good and healthy when I get there I'll know it might be like 28-30 lbs. I'm anxious to start living a healthier lifestyle than I have been. Well I guess I have it my first day tracking and eating delicious food again no more junk.

    Sounds like a good start. Don't forget about the exercise component. It's very important to stay active. Keep reaching out, it's always easier to stay on track with a good support team!
