macros with IIFYM

So I'm about to get back on track again after Christmas (am I the only one who gained like 4 kilos?) and I'm thinking about starting with IIFYM. The only thing I'm concerned about is the macros. How many % should come from fat, carbs and protein per day? Which group is the biggest vs the smallest? In a say 1200/1500 calorie diet, how big should the numbers be? I've tried browsing around the internet but I couldn't find any good sites telling me how it should be.

I'm really eager to get back on the wagon again since I hit the ground pretty hard during the holidays .. I hope to lose the kilos I recently gained and more!
