How to Calculate calories burned

HI ALL

Im new and Im trying to figure out how to calculate how many calories i burn doing the biggest loser exercise dvd's. ANyone have an idea???

    OR
    you can get an estimate by google which isn't taking in your metabolism rate so HRM is best :)

    The easiest way is to get a heart rate monitor that includes a calorie counter. I got mine in watch form that doesn't need a chest band at Target for $36.
