Lunch Sandwiches - what's your favorite

During the summer I eat fresh veggies ans hummus (I got carrotitis this summer), then in the winter I switch to compost soup. I got away from sandwiches due to the bread calories, now they make so many delicious lo-cal breads I feel I can again look at it as a nice lunch option.

What are your favorites...
